Purpose, scope and legal basis for processing personal data

The customer register is used for managing and developing customer relationships, as well as for producing, maintaining, and improving services. It is also used for service-related communication and invoicing.

The register may include the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Company address and invoicing details

The legal basis for processing personal data is the customer relationship between the data subject and the controller, the data subject’s consent, an assignment given by the customer, or another legitimate connection.

Data retention

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, or as required by contract or applicable legislation.

Access is restricted to logistics coordinators, financial administration staff, and system service providers for production and finance functions. Access requires personal usernames and passwords. All users are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Receive the data they have provided, when processing is based on consent or assignment
